Method of purchase
There are two simple ways to successfully order and buy products online on our website.
1. Application and registration
In order to make an online purchase and order products in
this way, you need to be a registered user and log in through your account. If
you have not registered before, you can do so by clicking on the account symbol
in the upper right corner of the site, and then clicking the Register button.
The advantages of this method are: the speed of ordering
(the data necessary to create an order is already stored in the system and you
do not need to re-enter it every time), as well as saving previously selected
products in the basket.
2. Continue without registration (for users who do not
want to register)
In order to order products through our website, it is not necessary to be a registered user. If you do not want to register and track your order history, use this option.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASE
1. Select the desired item and click the Add to cart
button. You can select the product from the navigation menu, or by searching
for the product by name or code.
2. In the same way, you can add an unlimited number of
different items to the basket. After adding the first product, an order is
created in your basket that remains active until you complete the order.
3. You can stop the ordering process at any time, delete
individual items from the basket, and the active order will still be open.
4. When shopping through our website, it may happen that
some of the products in your basket become unavailable in the meantime, because
there is a possibility of making multiple online purchases of the same product
at the same time.
5. After selecting and adding to the basket all the items
you are interested in, press the View cart and checkout button in the active
order.
7. Log in option (for registered users): If you have
already logged in, go to the next step. If you have not previously logged in to
your account, enter your e-mail and password in the field and select the Log in
option.
8. Continue without registration option (for users who do not want to register): Select the Continue without registration option.
9. After creating the order, check and, if necessary,
change your data (for registered users) or enter the data necessary for
delivery (for non-registered users): name, surname, address, phone number,
e-mail address and, if necessary, a note. Please check the accuracy of all
entered data before completing the order.
10. After that, you need to choose how you want to make the Payment. If you choose the Cash on delivery option, you pay when you pick up the ordered products. If you choose the Payment Slip option, you need to pay the amount of the ordered products in advance to the giro account 510-133827-42 CKB or 520-42604-12 HB, no later than 24 hours after placing the order and submit proof of payment to e-mail [email protected] or tel. +382 67 003 450, where delivery costs are paid when picking up the product.
11. Complete the order by clicking the Confirm purchase
button, when you will see the total amount to be paid, along with the shipping
costs. First, you need to click on the field I agree to the terms of purchase.
12. Your order will then be automatically forwarded to
our sales department and prepared for dispatch as soon as possible. You will
receive a notification by e-mail about all the details of your order. Orders
received on weekdays before 10 a.m. are submitted to the courier service and
delivered the same day, orders received on weekdays after 10 a.m. are delivered
the next day, while orders received on Fridays after 10 a.m. and during the
weekend are delivered on Monday.
